Accessibility Statement
Dispensation Investment Group (“DIG”) is committed to digital accessibility. This statement describes the measures we take to make our platform usable by people of all abilities, our current conformance target, the known limitations we are working to resolve, and how to report issues you encounter.
Need help right now? If a barrier on this site is preventing you from completing a task, email accessibility@dinvestgroup.com. We respond within 2 business days and can complete most actions for you over the phone or by secure email.
1.Our commitment
Owning real estate is one of the most consequential financial decisions a person makes. We believe that path should be open to everyone — regardless of how they perceive, navigate, or operate the web. Accessibility is not a one-time audit; it is a permanent commitment we engineer into every release.
We design with accessibility from the start, ship features only after they pass a baseline review, and treat accessibility defects with the same priority as functional defects.
2.Conformance target
DIG targets Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across the public marketing site and the authenticated customer portal. Where the platform falls short of AA, we treat it as a defect and prioritize accordingly.
We also follow Section 508 of the U.S. Rehabilitation Act guidance for federal contractors and the European Accessibility Act requirements taking effect in 2025 — both of which closely mirror WCAG 2.1 AA.
3.What we do today
Keyboard-first. Every interactive element on the site can be reached and operated with a keyboard alone. Visible focus rings are preserved on every focusable component.
Screen-reader friendly. Pages use semantic HTML, descriptive link text, ARIA where appropriate, and alt text on content imagery. Decorative imagery is hidden from assistive tech.
Color & contrast. Body text and interactive controls meet AA contrast ratios (4.5:1 for normal text, 3:1 for large text and non-text controls). We do not use color alone to convey meaning.
Resizable text. The site remains usable when browser text size is increased to 200% — no horizontal scroll, no clipped content.
Forms. Every form field has a programmatic label, error messages are tied to inputs via aria-describedby, and we never rely on placeholder text alone.
Reduced motion. Animations respect the prefers-reduced-motion media query.
4.Known limitations
We are working on the following gaps. Each has an owner and a target date — feel free to ask for status:
Document previews. Inline PDF previews rely on the browser's native viewer; screen-reader behavior varies. We provide a download link as an alternative.
Map components. Property-location maps on the browse and asset-detail pages do not yet expose every feature via keyboard. We provide a textual address and neighborhood as a fallback.
Some legacy tooltips are not yet announced by screen readers; they are duplicated in body copy where the information is essential.
5.Compatibility
DIG is tested with these assistive-technology pairings:
NVDA + Firefox / Chrome on Windows
JAWS + Chrome on Windows
VoiceOver + Safari on macOS and iOS
TalkBack + Chrome on Android
The platform supports the latest two stable releases of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari, plus the current iOS and Android versions. Older browsers may render correctly but are not part of our automated accessibility test matrix.
6.Testing & feedback
Our testing process combines:
Automated checks in CI on every pull request (axe-core, Lighthouse).
Manual keyboard and screen-reader review on every user-facing change before release.
Annual third-party audit by an external accessibility consultancy. The most recent audit was completed in November 2025.
7.Report an issue
If you find a barrier on the DIG platform, please report it to accessibility@dinvestgroup.com. Tell us what you were trying to do, the page or URL, the assistive technology you were using, and (if comfortable) a screenshot or screen recording.
We acknowledge every report within 2 business days and aim to fix critical barriers within 10 business days. For barriers we cannot fix immediately, we provide an alternative way to complete the task while we work on a permanent fix.
